The 2022 wedding season at BTR flew by as usual and we can’t thank all of our clients, planners, and vendors enough for their hard work during the planning process. This season was a big step for us taking on much more work than planned and ultimately raising our work-load capacity for next season. This is a critical accomplishment for us in order to meet our gross sales goals for 2023.
44×103 Sailcloth tent
Our main focus for the 2022 season was to take on more high-end work in the form of larger jobs, install a higher quality product, and increase our customer satisfaction. As we installed far more sailcloth tents than any previous season, it is now apparent that sailcloth’s are becoming our bread and butter. In 2021 we had (136) wedding/event tent setups and in 2022, we increased that by 12% with (152) setups. Investing in 2 additional 44ft wide and new 32ft wide sized sailcloth tents turned out to be a great decision. Benson Tent Rent is proud to offer more sailcloth tent inventory to our clients as they become more increasingly in demand.
BTR also added new chair inventory including our rustic fruitwood folding chairs that nicely compliment our farm tables. Another couple of additions was to our lighting inventory: wireless LED up-lights and rustic antler chandeliers. We plan to incorporate these more often in 2023 and look forward to being able to add more lighting design to our beautiful sailcloth tents.
Although worker turnover was a challenge as it always is each season, we stayed on top of it finding the best workers for the job throughout the season to get the job done right. We now have an excellent core group of individuals at BTR that completely understand our culture and follow through in the field. Without the installation teams at Benson Tent Rent, we’d be nothing.
